Nicole Jupp (Co-Director)

Experience:

  • Commenced employment in the food sector in 1989
  • Nicole has combined her Environmental Health skills will a training qualification to deliver training in areas of Food Safety and HACCP. Nicole’s previous position as Environmental Health Team Leader has equipped her with outstanding industry experience with which to deliver practicable and achievable solutions to your food Safety issues. 
  • Nicole is experienced in conducting and assessing second party HACCP and Food Safety Auditing and identifying food safety risks in food production from raw materials to the finished product. Develop, monitor and implement a Food Safety Program specific to your business needs, which will ensure you, met legislative requirements and improve business efficiency at the same time.

Leanne Pook

Experience:

  • Commenced employment in the food industry in 2001
  • Leanne was previously engaged in administrative service to the education department and various legal firms before commencing work in a small food service business and major distribution/warehousing operation.  Leanne now applies the experienced gained to provide internal food hygiene audits for the Hospitality, Retail and Food Production sector

  • Food Safety Supervisor training in the three key food sectors (Hospitality, Food Processing and Retail)
